Since many of my known had studied in Lovely Professional University, so based on the different placement parameters I analyze that undoubtedly Lovely Professional University is the most demanding University by prospective employers. Due to the effective system and management of LPU and along with this most important is well-deserving students are the main reason behind this. LPU has a separate department of career services that helps students in every step. Students are setting new achievements every year. LPU has a Good placement record in almost every programme which they offer. The most common and important thing which is usually being asked for every college or university. I have spent 4 years in LPU and yes of course I have been placed in good company with the handsome package. Honestly saying LPU has a great role in this. When I joined LPU I was not good at speaking, presenting but LPU gave me all required inputs through PEP classes and Soft Skill Classes which actually groomed me.
