How LPU packages are getting so much hike with each passing year?

Since many of my known had studied in Lovely Professional University, so based on the different placement parameters I analyze that undoubtedly Lovely Professional University is the most demanding University by prospective employers. LPU is concerned about the all-around development of the students. It's having a dedicated Division of Career Services which does work round the clock for the placement of the students. LPU is having tie-ups with multiple foreign Universities which provides excellent International exposure under students' exchange programme during their studies which in turn definitely helps the students in grabbing multiple job opportunities at the end of their studies. Every year more than 550 companies used to visit LPU for placement purposes. As per my analysis, LPU is conferred with High Ranking by various outer agencies like following, 1) National Employability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds for the 7th time in a row. 2) Outlook has ranked LPU 5th among the top 50 private Universities in India in terms of Placement. 3) Business today ranked among the top 100 Private State Universities in India in the Placement Performance category. These are very few rankings mentioned above. LPU has procured an unbeatable Placement Record with a nearly 100 % success rate in most of the courses (Last Year the highest package was 42 LPA). Additionally, LPU considers student's career interests/pathways like Corporate Jobs, Government jobs, Higher studies, Entrepreneurship. Efforts of everyone is visible in result, LPU have proper cell to manage all the activities related to placement and internship. This cell works harder to place more and more student in the company. They also working on the student through PEP classes. PEP classes- LPU provides placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. The Knowledge Review has rated LPU as the 10th best Training & Placement Institution in India. LPU have industry oriented curriculum and tie-ups with many industry, so that they can understand the organisation requirement and prepare their student accordingly.

Due to the effective system and management of LPU and along with this most important is well-deserving students are the main reason behind this. LPU has a separate department of career services that helps students in every step. Students are setting new achievements every year. LPU has a Good placement record in almost every programme which they offer. The most common and important thing which is usually being asked for every college or university. I have spent 4 years in LPU and yes of course I have been placed in good company with the handsome package. Honestly saying LPU has a great role in this. When I joined LPU I was not good at speaking, presenting but LPU gave me all required inputs through PEP classes and Soft Skill Classes which actually groomed me. LPU has a separate department of career services which help students in every step As per last year's record of LPU The average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10lakh per annum and the maximum packages were 30 to 40 Lacs.

Hi there, I am an alumni of LPU. I have done BCA at LPU is a place where a person can learn many things. The main thing I have learned is management and discipline. Yes LPU is getting famous year by year the hard work they done for tier student is so great. This much hard work can be done only with passion. For money no the staff of LPU is so hard working and helpful in nature at any time. They spend too much time to improve tier students communication skills and they have come up with a new idea PEP classes they prepare their students for the placements. They make their student ready for the industry companies like LPU's students because LPU make them industry ready already. They teach them how to professionally behave also how to give interview. And rest things are technical that will hendled by the teaching staff. They also teach very precisely. So that is why LPU is getting so much hike in the packages of their student with each passing year.
