How LPU will progress their academic session during pandemic?

Well, LPU is taking care of all the measures for the safety of the students. Their will be online classes till the situation gets fine. Even the reporting process has been made virtual. There will be online induction this year. The classes will be starting soon so that the syllabus can be completed and the studies won't suffer. Hopefully the situation is being under control very soon. However, it seems little difficult but prospective students of the university do not need to worry because University is all set to start the new academic session online for various programs. Hi Sakshi, Lovely Professional University always strives to make the betterment of the society. In order to this university is being sanitized since march month itself when the pandemic outbreak was just happened. Lovely Professional University has conducted online admissions very successfully through online mode. Now virtual reporting has been started. Hopefully the situation is being under control very soon. However, it seems little difficult but prospective students of the university do not need to worry because University is all set to start the new academic session online for various programs. Hi LPU carefully nurtures its students and propels them to the pinnacle of success so that their hard work culminates to a point which would be the cause of envy of many. But in this journey of success LPU is fully aware of the present constraints of the health scenario and has taken good initiatives to protect the students. The protection of students and educational facilities is particularly important in this grim situation. The vast infra structure and the faculty strength would enable social distancing norms to be followed in spirit. LPU would make sure the workplaces are clean and hygienic, surfaces (e. g. desks and tables) and objects (e. g. telephones, keyboards) would be wiped with disinfectant regularly Because contamination on surfaces touched by staff and students is one of the main ways that COVID-19 spreads. Right now the session will progress in the online mode. Certain software has been brought into use not only for teaching but also to facilitate the practicals. LPU was already very strong and ready with its digital support. Starting from marking attendance to fee submission, library procedures and numerous other activities all were online. Even the faculty members used to upload the study materials and marks online simultaneously the submissions by the students were also online. So LPU was quite ahead of time and somewhere ready for face any challenge. As soon as the lockdown justed within couple of days LPU launched another app where they assorted all the concerned faculty members respective of the courses. And they continued taking classes online. Right now LPU is taking the help of a University Management System, and two applications - LPU Touch and LPU Live through these sites and applications the students and faculty members stay up to date with all the information regarding the university and its activities.
