Yes, you can get admission there.
Still there are many other universities like Amity, Sharda, Lovely Professional University etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.

Eligibility for B.Tech - Passed 10+2 examination with 50% and Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of the following optional subjects: Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology / Computer Science.
