How many approximating visiting companies have criteria of 60+ in academics for placements?

Is it very tough to get placed with less than 60% in graduation? My profile: 10th-9.4%, 12th-92.2%, B.Tech(CSE)=5.5 and converted PGDM core

Companies majorly have a criteria of 60+ in academics overall. But, a few don't, and the placement really depends on the final interview.
