<p>The M.Tech programme at IIT BHU offers specialisations in the following areas:</p><ul><li>Ceramic Engineering</li><li>Chemical Engineering</li><li>Decision Sciences and Engineering</li><li>Systems Engineering</li><li>Materials Science and Technology</li><li>Biochemical Engineering<br>Eligibility for admission includes holding a BE/BTech/MSc degree or its equivalent with a CGPA of 6.00 on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in aggregate for General/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS categories. Candidates with a valid GATE score are eligible. Additionally, BTech graduates from IITs with a CGPA of 8.00 or higher are eligible for admission without the need for a GATE score. AMIE/Grad.
