How many attempts will a student get for JEE Mains and Advanced after the involvement of NTA?

You can attempt it 3 times but if you've cleared Advanced in 2 years consecutively then the third attempt is not allowed. -

Whether it's CBSE or NTA, number of attempts are capped at three. Besides this, there are many more criteria. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.
