How many backlogs are accepted to study MS in USA. I have 15 backlogs. Will I be accepted for the visa?

Hi Jayanth,
You might get into a tier -2 universities, if you had arrears (Backlogs) but have cleared them. However, if you have not cleared and still have arrears, its not possible to get admission.
