Texas State University has two campuses, the main campus is in San Marcos, Texas, and the second campus is in Round Rock, Texas. Over 600 acres make up the San Marcos campus, and there are an additional 4,000 acres dedicated to agricultural, research, and recreational uses. The nursing, computer science, and engineering programmes are available at the Round Rock campus, which is in the Texas city of Round Rock.
