LSBU has three campuses, one each in Southwark, Croydon, and Havering. It comprises seven schools and other facilities such as, advanced laboratories, forensic labs, Perry library, chemical lab, Keyworth event theatre, and Clarence centre.
LSBU offers both on and off-campus housing facilities to all its students enrolled in a full-time programme. The university has residence halls for students to give them a comfortable and safe housing experience. The majority of the residence halls are at a 10-minute distance from the Southwark Campus.
The university has more than 1,400 single occupancy bedrooms across four self-catered residence halls. It includes rooms with queen or single beds, ensuite or standard room, Wi-Fi facility, internet connection, shared kitchen, communal common areas, and so on. Students need to pay an advance booking fee of GBP 400. If students would like to stay with their family or rent privately, they can check the Accommodation Service webpage for information on private landlords, owners, etc.
There are five houses and residence halls under university housing. It includes David Bomberg House, Dante Road, New Kent Road, McLaren House, Croydon, and Havering. The McLaren House alone offers over 600 non-smoking housing rooms to returning or undergraduate students.

Off-campus housing accommodations include apartments, townhouses, full houses, and studios. They consist of a single bedroom, double bedroom, studio, basement suites, luxurious suites, etc. Students can choose to rent a place, stay with friends and family, or share apartments. The rent and living expenses depend on the lifestyle of students, which could range between GBP 8,000 and GBP 13,000.
