How many candidates appeared for amrita 2012 and and also is there a state quota in amritaeee exam for candidates belonging to other states?

please tell approx how many candidates appeared for this exam and that is there a state quota for those belonging to non karnataka state and rank upto which i can expect to get good colleges in this exam?
