how many cgpa do i need to sit in cat exam?

i am a btech third year student.i want to do MBA through iims but my cgpa low this time...so will you please suggest me that how much percentage i should need to sit in cat,and please suggest me how to prepare for cat from now

As much as you have because when final list prepares after announcing your percentiles10th, 12th, graduation and job experience have involvement in it all have equilly 5 marks with 30 marks of percentiles.
