How many cgpa should we maintain in B.Tech in any stream to get good placement?

    Cgpa is a mere no. Which gets u a ticket to attend the interview, however 8-8. 5 is something u shld maintain for Your own good. Thanks

    Hi, you should attempt to keep your CGPA at slightly above 8 if you want to get hired on-campus. However a majority of employers merely need that you maintain a CGPA of 7. The CGPA of a student is not a concern for certain businesses, who simply rely on their own selection criteria.

    Look, if you are aiming for on-campus placements then you should try to maintain an CGPA of just over 8. That would be fine. But, there are a lot of companies which asks only to maintain a CGPA of 6. Even, there are companies which only trust their selection criteria and are not worried about a student's CGPA.
