Hi, Yes, you can go for Bachelors in Education after completion of your B.Tech degree, most of the B.Ed colleges doesn't take entrances, you can directly contact the university by going to their official website.

There is no college which provide B.Tech on distance. You have to complete B.Tech on full time basis. Also you need 75% in each semester of engineering.
