AITAM BTech curriculum is spread over eight semesters. The course follows a credit-based evaluation system. In the first year, students are introduced to the fundamental subjects in BTech such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Basic Engineering, and Computer Programming. Value addition subjects scuh as communication skills and environmental studies are also taught. In the second year, the curriculum moves into core branch-specific subjects depending on the chosen specialisation.
