The Central Training and Placement Cell (CTPC) is in charge of AKTU placements. It collaborated with Gainsight Software Pvt Ltd. to host a female-only on-campus placement drive. Out of the 22 female students who were shortlisted, 14 were given the opportunity to accept a pay package worth Rs 15 Lakhs annually. So far, the university has conducted more than 26 placement drives, some of which were held on campus. The placement cell and team at AKTU successfully placed over 10,984 students in prominent businesses like Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and many more.
