There are about 4,700+ of the best Engineering colleges in India. Of these, 3,600+ colleges are privately owned, 700+ colleges are owned by the government, and 50+ colleges are owned by semi government institutions. JEE Main is the top entrance exam for admission to top Engineering colleges in India
