    Kolkata, the legendary capital of West Bengal, is one of India's top Law destinations. There are around 40+ best Law colleges in Kolkata Out of which, 20+ are private,  10+ are government owned and the rest 1 is semi-government owned.     NLU is a career stream that aspirants can pursue at the Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), or Doctorate (PhD) level to study, research, and practice in India. There are 42 law colleges. Out of which, 22 are Private, 13 are Public/Government and the rest 1 are Public Private.
