How many levels are there in TOEFL or IELTS? How many days are required for a normal student to complete the 1st level?

I don't know about TOEFL, this exam is of 100 marks and for IELTS there is overall 9 bands (0-9). Most of the colleges ask to score above 7 bands in this exam. There is no criteria for level 1 or 2. If you take any coaching (especially for IELTS or TOEFL).

Whether yo, will get a scholarship is not just based on IELTS score in fact, you need to show your 10th, 12th graduation marks, GMAT (or GRE) along with IELTS score. Any other extra circular activity you have then show them. The scholarship is for those candidates who are not just academically brill
