GITAM Institute of Technology Bengaluru offers two M.Tech specialisations.These two are: Data Science and VLSI Design. To qualify for the Data Science specialization, candidates should have a minimum aggregate score of 50% in their qualifying exam from a recognised university, along with a valid score in the GAT (Engineering PG) 2023. Candidates also must hold a BE/BTech/AMIE degree or an equivalent qualification in any field of specialization. The total fee for the year course is approximately 2-2.5 lakhs.
