JEE Advanced pattern is varied from one year to another and cutoff marks is depends upon the CBSE decision and students performance in JEE. So, we won't be able to decide.

    It totally depends on following:
    1. Cut off of colleges.
That mostly depends on number of students giving exam.
    2. Seat available in colleges
    3. If you have any quota, e.g.-handicap, sportsmen etc.

As far as JEE-Advance is concern, we cannot decide the cutoff marks, since it depends on the paper pattern and difficulty level. But, rank wise you have to be under 5000 in general ranking, so that you can get good IIT by your category rank.
