    Hi,
    Pratap Computer Science of Engineering is a very good branch of engineering ant their is always fight for securing the seats of CSE in any college. So, you have to achieve good ranks for CSE. And for getting CSE in VIT Vellore, you can easily get the required rank and marks from Shiksha.com.

    Score should be in the range of under 1500 approximately then you are eligible for CSE.

    See, for the main campus for CSE branch, you have to secure under 1k rank only then you can expect CSE branch.

    You can get it under rank 1 lakh. Basically, they have different quotas like management, level 1 level 2 and so on. Prices for subsequent quotas keep on going higher and higher.

    Getting CSE at VIT Vellore is not that easy as it is very competitive as well as a highly demanded course. In VITEEE you need to have a rank below 1000 and so you could get a seat for CSE in the general fee structure or else, you may have to pay more fees.

Yes, VIT has released VITEEE exam centres list for conducting BTech admission test. The test cities are available for selection. Candidates can select their VITEEE test city and centre at the time of VITEEE registration 2026-27. Final selection of test city and exam date has to be done during the slot booking process.

For VITEEE 2026, the official mock test is expected to be released in March 2026 on the viteee.vit.ac.in website. 

 Key Points About the VITEEE Mock Test

Mock test release: March 2026 (tentative) — typically after slot booking opens.
 Some sources say it may also be available from the first week of April 2026, just before the exam period. 
Login details are usually not required — candidates can access it directly on the official site. 
There are separate mock tests for the MPCEA (Maths) and BPCEA (Biology) streams.

VITEEE slot booking is expected to start in April (second week). Students who complete the slot booking process will be able to download their admit card and appear for the entrance exam.
