    You must score more than 50%. The main basis for selection is your CV and the motivational letter.

    For school boards, you have to have more than 80-85% to qualify for education in any university in Germany.
    Technical University of Munich (Technische Universitt Mnchen)
    Marks required in the GATE exam
    Previous year's cut-off: 95, 105, 82, 67, 78, 55 and 58.

    The maximum percentage is 50 and if you are willing then score more than 50%.
