A minimum percentage required of diploma engineering is 45 or 50% I think you should be clear 10th. Then, you will have to appear in diploma engineering entrance exam conducted by each state university. -

Minimum criteria depends upon the state university.
However, 50% is enough as the minimum criteria but I'm not saying here that you will get admission definitely with 50%.
The cut-off depends on colleges and merits. -
You should have atleast 50% or above in 10th class to get admission in Diploma in computer engineering.
