    For entry to BDes in SASMIRA's Institute of Design and Textiles, applicants have to clear Class 12. Admission is strictly based on merit, hence better marks are an advantage. No official fixed cut-off percentage is declared either. Performance during consultation also becomes a factor at SIDT.
