The marks in CS in IIT Kanpur depends on the difficulty of the paper. Rank under 200 for B.Tech CS is considered in top IITs and around 300 marks.

The total marks of JEE Mains are fixed while the marks of JEE Advanced is unpredictable.
So, I may say with respect to the ranks in JEE Advanced. CSE is a top and demanded course at IITs and so your rank should be at least below 2500 to get a seat at IIT, Kanpur.
