The candidate shall secure minimum of 40% (30% for SC and ST candidates) of the total marks in the AILET to become eligible for the admission.

In case, candidates secure identical marks in the final list, the candidate with higher marks in the qualifying examination will be preferred. In case of parity at this stage also, the candidate older in age shall be given preference.
A mock test will be made available a week before the examination, ONLY to familiarize with the layout of the online test and instructions of the test. Law Entrance Test (LET) is of two hours duration and is to be completed in single sitting. The paper shall have objective type questions of a standard expected of 10+2 students.
(b) There shall be No Negative Marking and the minimum pass percentage is 25% in the entrance test.
(c) The medium of Entrance Test is English.
Candidates must submit the following certificates:
AFFIDAVIT for Gap Year,
Character Certificate from the Institute/ University
Migration Cerificate.
If there is one or more years of gap between the year of passing class XII exam and applying for admission at AIL, it is considered a Gap year. AFFIDAVIT for Gap Year, should be provided to the exam authorities during the counselling process.
For BA LLB program, following Self Attested Copies of Certificates to be Uploaded along with Online Application Form:
(i) Matric Certificate showing Date of Birth.
(ii) 10+2 Certificate with Detailed Marks Sheet.
(iii) Indian Army/Indian Navy/Indian Air Force Category Certificate as applicable.
(iv) Gallantry Award Certificate (Applicable to Wards of Army Personnel).
(v) Gap Year Affidavit.
