How many marks do I need to score in GMAT to get admission in the University of British Columbia?

I have a 2 years of work experience. I scored 60 percent marks in graduation and 58 percent in class 12th.

UBC would be ambi for you as your acads could be a problem. Plus you need min three years of experience for MBA program. Try to target a few lower ranked (compared to UBC) universities as well. Hope this helps.
