How many marks do I need to score in GRE exam and IELTS to pursue MS in mechanical engineering in a good Canadian university?

With your undergraduate score, you will need to have an amazing GRE score, good recommendations and a terrific SoP. I would encourage you to work hard to score 317+ in GRE. It is a bit tough to get admission in the best universities, try in some lower rank universities, but don't worry, if you get admission in a public university, you will have good scope. For e.g. Victoria University, University of Newfoundland, etc. but you should score high in GRE and IELTS.
