Hello Sourabh,
There are no particular cut-off marks to get admission in B.Sc program at IISC. The merit list is prepared based on the scores of the applicants and so if your score is higher, then you can get admission.

You can get direct admission on the basis of your higher secondary scores. JEE Mains is just for B.Tech.
