There is a cut-off basis, on which you will be given admission. And that will be released by LPU itself. To be on the safe side, score at least 60% marks in total.

LPUNEST exam is very much similar to JEE Mains paper but very much simple and without any negative marking. The paper is of 360 marks and it consists of three subject's viz. physics, maths and chemistry. Each question is allotted 4 marks and there is a total of 90 questions. There are no negative marks for wrong answers so you can feel free to attempt all the questions.
Now, coming back to your question, you need to score at least around 120 marks to get into CSE branch and believe me when I say you can easily do it; because the paper is too easy, just keep your basics clear and that's it.

LPU is best for B.Tech. For admission to B.Tech at Lovely Professional University (LPU), students are required to appear for LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test). There is no fixed minimum marks criterion for admission; instead, the eligibility and scholarship are based on the percentile or score you achieve in the test. Generally, if you score above 30–35% marks, you can become eligible for admission, but to secure good scholarships, you should aim for 70% and above. Higher the score, better the chances of receiving scholarships on tuition fees. LPU also considers JEE (Main) scores, so

    Dear reader,

LPUNEST is LPU's own entrance test provides various scholarships and made them eligible for admissions.

A high LPUNEST score is essential, even though the precise cut-off scores for LPU's B.Tech degree can change annually.  Since the institution takes into account your grades from the 12th grade, it does not publish a minimum score for admission.  However, if you have a high LPUNEST score, you can be eligible for both admission and important scholarships that are determined by your score.  A higher percentage of scholarships is directly correlated with a higher score.

An individual seeking admission to B.Tech courses at Lovely Professional University (LPU) has to secure at least a minimum eligibility benchmark of 40% in examination scores in order to legitimately qualify for LPUNEST. Often, the cutoffs for competitive programs vary depending on the number of applicants and demand for the programs, thus requiring a higher standard of performance in LPUNEST. While there is no fixed cutoff, it is reasonably presumed that getting between 30% and 40% almost guarantees the candidate's eligibility, while an even higher mark attracts scholarship, as for 50%-70% tier scholarship one must meet certain specifi
