100 + marks in JEE Main can fetch you civil engineering branch in Sastra University. You may check previous years' cut off to clear your doubts. Or search students from Sastra University on Facebook and ask them.

Thank you for your answer, sir! Also, I have one doubt which is that I have got 50 marks in JEE and 86% marks in 12th, can I get a seat in Sastra are not?

The cutoff varies every year if you scored in 980+. You can apply only for IPE.
