How many marks required to get CS branch?

    Hi Ishwar,
    One of my friends had scored 98 percentile at our time of JEE. He was from an open category and he had got an admission in VIT, Pune. So even if there is a gap of few years, cut offs never change drastically. Depending upon category, cut off might reduce. If you are under reservation, just make sure that you have a caste certificate and a caste validity certificate along with as well.
    So, don't worry! Even if you don't get Computer branch in the first round, then wait for the second one. You'll get it if you have a good enough score.

    Eligibility Criteria for admission -
    Minimum 50% required in class 12th with mandatory subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology
    Candidate must have scored at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only or
    (ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) or
