If you want to get an IIT college, first you appear in JEE mains and qualify this exam. The cut off is nearly 105 for general and next you will appear in JEE advance and qualify under 10000 rank, then you will get an IIT college.

Syllabus for JEE advance is mentioned on the website. But, I would suggest you to clear the concept of class 11th and 12th.

See scoring full marks will not take you inside the gates of IIT. First thing is that, you have to qualify JEE advanced in order to get into IITs and if you to get into top IITs like: Bombay, Kharagpur, Delhi, etc. you have to score as high as possible in JEE advanced. Good luck.
