To get a seat in AIIMS New Delhi, and if you belong to the general category, you must secure 715 or more marks in the NEET exam. Then you may get a seat. In OBC, the minimum marks are 710 to 715, and in other categories like SC or ST, you must score 700 to 710. AIIMS New Delhi ranking
    General Closing Rank: 36
    OBC closing rank: 116
    SC closing rank: 1164
    ST closing rank: 2007
I hope this will help you.

The AIIMS entrance exam is cancelled since 2020. You have to go through NEET exam to secure a seat in AIIMS. You must be in the top 50 your ranks to secure a seat at AIIMS Delhi. Looking at the competition nowadays, a score of 700+ can only assure you of a seat at AIIMS Delhi.
