    About 10+ top Medical colleges in Chhattisgarh for MBBS course. Of these, 2 colleges are owned public/government organisations and 3 colleges are privately owned. NEET and Chhattisgarh NEET are the only accepting entrance exam in the top Medicine and Health Sciences colleges in Chhattisgarh. Some of the popular colleges include AIIMS Raipur, Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus, Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences, Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur, C.C.M.
