    There are 80+ good Medical colleges in Tamil Nadu that offer MBBS courses. Out of these,  private entities own 20+, the government owns 5 and semi-government institutions own the rest one college. NEET and Tamil Nadu NEET are the top entrance exams for admission to the best MBBS colleges in Tamil Nadu. CMC Vellore, SRIHER, Madras Medical College, SIMTS and PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research are the top most Medical colleges in Tamilnadu.
