     There are about 20 best Medical colleges in Chennai which provide full-time MBBS courses. Among these, 11 are owned by the private sector and 2 are owned by the government sector. Madras Medical College, SRIHER, SIMTS, Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute and SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre are the best Chennai Medical colleges. NEET is the best entrance exam for admission to top Medical colleges in Chennai.
