There are around 5,000+ best MSc colleges in India of which 2,411 colleges are owned privately, the government owns 1,243 colleges and the rest semi-government institutions own 783 colleges. CPGET, ICAR AIEEA, MCAER CET, CUET-PG and IIT JAM are the popular entrance exams for admission to top MSc colleges in India. BHU, JMI, DU, JNU, Hansraj College, and Jadavpur University are the top MSc colleges in India.
