How many papers does one need to give to qualify the Tripura TET exam?

<p>Candidates planning to teach Classes 1 to 5 need to qualify Tripura TET Paper 1. Candidates planning to teach Classes 6 to 8 need to qualify for Tripura TET Paper 2. Candidates planning to teach Classes 1 to 8 need to qualify both papers. The candidates have to apply for the papers according to their eligibility set by the board. The educational qualification criteria has been given below for the candidates:</p><ul><li>Paper 1&nbsp;<ul><li>Class 12 with minimum 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education</li><li>Class 12 with minimum 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (BElEd)</li></ul></li><li>Paper 2<ul><li>Graduation with a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education. Graduation with minimum 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in one-year BEd</li></ul></li></ul>
