Out of 187 colleges, only a handful truly stand out for quality and placements. Jadavpur University, GNIPST, NIPER Kolkata, and NSHM Knowledge Campus are consistently ranked among the best. Many other colleges exist mainly to fill seats and may lack strong faculty or lab infrastructure. It's better
