How many questions should I attempt to score 60 percentile in CAT with 50 percentile in each section?

Percentile depends on the scores of all the candidates who have appeared for CAT and how can any one say how many questions will be answered by any one? Of course if you want 100 percentile there is one surest way. Answer all the questions correctly. And by the way what purpose will be served by knowing the answer to your question? For example if I were to tell you just answering 28 out of 50 is enough to get 99 percentile will you stop answering once you've answered 28 questions,. .
