    You always need to keep in mind, that a professional is paid for his skill and not for his qualification. Your first priority, is to join a learning organization. Once this happens, you will get the exposure to various functions and thereby hone your skills. Gradually, you will be able to identify the field, in which you should make your career. Once you develop the required skill sets and get hands on experience, your salary will automatically be taken care of.

    Distance education courses are normally learnt by employed category. If you are doing your BA, you can think of doing a regular MBA.
