How many seats are allotted for open competition?

Asked about Government College of Technology (GCT) - B.E. in Industrial Biotechnology

I am from forward caste. What is the eligibility criteria for the OC? I am studying biology group in 12th standard.

    Admission to all undergraduate courses (B.E.) at GCT are carried out through single window system of Anna University. Reservation are provided for BC/MCB/ DNC/ST/ST as per rules of TamilNadu Government. So all the seats will be filled through the TNEA counselling because there is no Management quota seats.
