There is no UG which is offered by VIT called CSE specialization in Data Science. There is only CSE specialization in Data Analytics.

And to get seat in CSE try contacting Management as you might get Category 5 seat in CSE branch. -

As you have scored 72200 rank in VITEEE 2019, so you are eligible to take admission in vit. But getting a seat in computer science engineering is almost impossible. Getting other branches is also difficult. So I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges like Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely Professional University etc., as per your interests and convenience.
