How many seats are available for neurosurgery in NIMHANS? What is the cutoff for general category?

I am a post MBBS student preparing for INICET. Can I secure neurosurgery seat by clearing INICET Nov 2025 exam. Or by clearing INICET May 2025?

There are 10 seats are available for neurosurgery in NIMHANS the cutoff of general category students are described as following

The closing rank for general category in round 1st is 65 and in special round is 68 the closing rank varies every year

Can you please elaborate about councelling process. since there are two INICET exams every year. I am preparing for INICET Nov 2025, Can I get the seat if my rank is eligible
