The MTech programme at BVDU is available in a total of eight specialisations, namely Chemical Engineering, Electronics Engineering- VLSI Design, Mechanical Engineering- CAD/CAM, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering- Water Resource Engineering, Nano Technology, and Electrical Engineering- Power Systems. Eachspecialisationoffers six seats, which are distributed as follows: three seats for the open category, two seats for sponsored candidates, and one seat for SC/ST category.
