How many seats are there in LPU for engineering?

It is difficult to determine the total strength or number of seats in each Branch of Engineering. LPU functions as per UGC norms and intakes are in accordance with that.

LPU offers engineering programs in various specializations, and the number of seats available in each programme may vary. LPU admission are going on 20232024. LPU is, in my opinion, the top engineering college in India. With highly trained teaching staff, top laboratories, and cutting-edge technology, LPU becomes the greatest destination to obtain an engineering degree. LPU provides students with numerous possibilities to think outside the box. The majority of their students are placed in reputable companies, with only a few opting for further education. LPU is ranked as one of the best engineering college in India, thou it's a private university but it is among the best Colleges for Computer Science in Punjab, India. Actually the answer is unlimited, infinite. Till the last date of admission any number of students are welcomed by admission professionals. The more the number of admission of students, the more happier is LPU management. So don't worry about number of seats. They have the capability of constructing a building within a month if needed but will never refuse to take admission. More students, more money. Simple business policy. The placements change every year. In addition, there are around 5,000 combined study places for M.Tech, B.Tech + MBA and B.Tech.

Dear, LPU followed the prescribed guidelines given by UGC. The seats in B.Tech programme are designed according to the UGC norms. And the university is capable of providing good education facility to the student. The university has various infrastructural facilities for its students and staff members. LPU infrastructure and facilities include a central library, Fashion stitching lab, space centre, Chemistry laboratories, museum, a media laboratory, amphitheater. Some other LPU infrastructure and facilities are the auditorium, aviation lab, innovation studio, student residences, indoor stadium, playgrounds, gym, yoga center, bank facility, sports facility, convenience stores, dining hall, food courts, university mall, in-house laundry, medical facility and many more. The entire Lovely Professional University (LPU) campus spreads over 600 acres in boundary on the outskirts of Jalandhar and houses over 47,579 students. There are various sports facilities available on the campus and the university has big playgrounds which include badminton courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, handball courts, squash courts, archery grounds, hockey grounds, boxing rings, skating zone, shooting range, etc. The university also has hostel facilities and these hostel facilities can be availed by the students. In-house laundry, mess, transport facility, medical assistance, indoor stadium sports facility, storeyed library, gym are the facilities available in the LPU hostels.

The seats keep on changing every year. Moreover, there are around 5000 seats combined for M.Tech, B.Tech+MBA as well as for B.Tech too.
