    So I will be giving a very brief answer for this-
    1)CSE and IT have almost all same subjects except for the fact that IT students study more on the languages and CSE students are exposed to languages and also to the hardware part like Computer Networks, Digital Logic, ADA, PLT etc. Now for CSE with bio specialisation, they have an equal number of CSE and BIO subjects which they have to cover.
    2. For the placement point of view, CSE and IT stand on the same dimension but there are a few cases when students taking CSE with bio arent eligible to sit for a company. Honestly, your stream helps you with 2 things:
