There is no fixed number of students applying for BITSAT with Biology as the subject. The number keeps on varying year on year. I can tell you one thing that no doubt the competition is high, but if you are clear with your concepts and determined, you can surely get a call for admissions. -

It defers and depends, there is no fixed number but recent research shows that in the past the number has increased from 68 to 1.32 lakhs. However the number in a particular institute could be anything depending on the number of students who apply. The exam application is open for 4 months so depending on the applicants, it can be huge or less. However it's a popular standard exam and many people try for it, so the competition is huge.
